5:27 The days of Methuselah totaled 969 years.

he passed away.
5:28 When Lamech was 182 years old
he
brought forth a son.
5:29 He named him Noah and declared:

will comfort us
in
the labor and painful toil
of
our hands caused by the ground
the
LORD has cursed.
5:30 After bringing forth Noah
